Intro to Childbirth
Prepare for your upcoming birth in this fun, informative and dynamic virtual workshop taught by a certified labor and postpartum doula and childbirth educator. Some topics include stages of labor, labor warm ups vs. real labor, what to expect at the hospital or home birth, relaxation techniques, and breastfeeding tips. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive workbook will be included.
Bringing Home Baby
This class is perfect to prepare you for your first child, or serve as a great refresher if it’s been a while since your last. Topics include understanding your newborn (what is normal & their cues) and newborn care which includes bathing, diapering, swaddling, feeding options and more. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you. A comprehensive workbook will be included.
Breastfeeding
If you are planning on Breastfeeding it is HIGHLY recommended that you take a breastfeeding class. This class will help you gain confidence and a deeper understanding for breastfeeding! Some topics include breastfeeding benefits, baby cues, schedules, paced bottle feeding, and challenges. We highly recommend your partner attend this class with you.
