Meet Iryna P.
Iryna is a DONA-trained Labor Doula. As a Doula, Iryna has supported families, guiding them through diverse birth experiences, including hospital births and both medicated and unmedicated labor. Families have loved her empathy, kindness, and supportive demeanor. In addition to her labor support, Iryna is a lactation support specialist and a TENS in labor specialist.
Her passion for supporting families in childbirth began with her own experiences of pregnancy and childbirth, which lit a deep passion for maternal care.
When not supporting families Iryna loves to complete self-care, including using face masks, reading a good book, and lighting a candle.
She loves helping families create positive routines to encourage healthy sleep and helping them with the many tasks that come with having a new baby, including laundry, washing bottles and dishes, and organizing. She also loves the compassionate care she can provide to new families to encourage them and help them be rested.
Prior to supporting families as a postpartum doula, she was a nanny for over 20 years. Sarnia is known for being prompt, trustworthy, and keeping the kids engaged and happy. With two children and a grandchild, she understands family dynamics.
Sarnia brings a lot of love, integrity, and joy to her work.
