Meet Anika L.

Anika is a dedicated CAPPA Trained Postpartum Doula. She strives to empower families through their postpartum journey and help them build confidence within themselves. She helps families build routines that work the best for the family. She is caring, kind, proactive and infant and family focused. She is a strong support for all families including first time families and busy households.

Families love her organizational skills, her ability to adapt to any situation and her calming presence.

Prior to doula work she was a nanny and a caregiver for many families over a 7 year period and she also volunteered for many summers at a children’s summer camp.

When she isn’t supporting families she enjoys working on puzzles, listening to podcasts, baking and playing word games.
