Meet Ashley W.

Ashley W. is highly trained and experienced postpartum doula and childbirth educator. She has dedicated her career to supporting families through the challenging and rewarding journey of parenthood. With training from both DONA and CAPPA and her degree in psychology and sociology, she possess a deep understanding of the complex social and emotional dynamics surrounding the transition to parenthood as well as the physical and practical needs of new parents and their infants.

Her passion for supporting families began over 16 years ago and has only grown stronger over time. As a mother of three boys, including energetic 2 year old twins and a curious four-year-old, she has first-hand experience with the joys and challenges of parenting young children. Having experienced two cesareans and extended breastfeeding with both a singleton and twins she brings with her unique experience and knowledge that her clients find highly valuable.

With her training as a childbirth educator, she is also able to provide guidance to expectant parents, helping them prepare for the birthing process and early days with their newborn. Whether providing emotional support, assisting with practical tasks like meal preparation and light housekeeping, or sharing her knowledge of breastfeeding, sleep, perinatal mental health and infant care, she is a trusted resource for new parents navigating the joys and challenges of early parenthood.

Through her work as a postpartum doula, she’s able to make a positive impact on the lives of countless families, helping them feel confident and supported during this transformative time.
