Meet Aubrey T.

Aubrey is a compassionate DONA trained Birth Doula on our team. She is a strong support for all families who are birthing in a birth center or in a hospital setting and with both unmedicated or medicated births.

Aubrey has supported many families through this transition and her support is always family focused. In pregnancy she provides evidence based information, support with birth and postpartum planning, and provides both guidance and a listening ear. During birth she helps families to find their voice and does all she can to keep families calm and comfortable. She loves to help a family settle in with their little one and stays after birth for a couple of hours to help families adjust and provide lactation support.

She is passionate about the power of education and she advocates for all her birthing families to approach their birthing experience with confidence. Families have found comfort in her knowledge, care and advocacy knowing they will be fully supported during their birthing experience as well and helping them feel empowered themselves.

When Aubrey isn’t supporting families with prenatal visits or at a birth she enjoys traveling, reading and completing DIY projects around her home.
