Meet Audrey L.

Audrey is a dedicated doula who trained with CAPPA in both birth and postpartum.  She brings a deep passion for supporting families through their unique journeys. Audrey feels the most rewarding aspect of being a birth doula is seeing a mama’s hard work culminate in the arrival of her baby. She treasures the moments when a family’s anxious waiting turns into empowered confidence, and the mama realizes her own strength and capability.

As a postpartum doula Audrey loves creating a space where a family can rest, recover and gain their footing. She is proactive and caring and always takes the very best care of the entire family. She is a baby whisperer and loves helping families establish positive and healthy routines.

Audrey is known for her ready smile and attentive ear, as well as an enthusiastic cook, with a love for various cultural cuisines. From American and Korean to German and Mexican, Audrey enjoys preparing delicious meals and is always eager to try new recipes.

Outside of work, Audrey enjoys playing with her cats, cooking and savoring good food, and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
