Meet Crystal

Crystal is a DONA trained labor and postpartum doula. She has supported families as a doula and in this field for more than 20 years. In 2012 Crystal earned a degree in psychology with an emphasis in anxiety and depression. Although she attributes her ability to empathize with clients who suffer from postpartum depression, with her direct personal experience, far more than anything learned from a textbook.

Crystal is also very familiar with the hospital setting and she worked in the medical field as a surgical assistant in both labor and delivery and for an OBGYN, an accumulative of 17 years.

Outside of birth related work, Crystal owns/runs an Airbnb and she prides herself in her hosting skills. Her faith is the center of her life and she loves stretching herself to grow, spiritually.

In her free time Crystal loves to travel and spend time with her family. Her youngest son just married his best friend of 5 years, so she is looking very forward to watching her own family grow.

Families love her passion, ability to confidently jump in and support as needed and her amazing baby whisperer skills!
