Meet Dana Diamond

Dana Diamond is a certified HypnoBirthing® instructor through HynoBirthing International®.  Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Western Michigan University. Prior to becoming a childbirth educator, Dana worked many years in the classroom as a k-2 teacher, was a teacher textbook trainer for McGraw-Hill, and a childcare administrator through Knowledge Universe. During her first pregnancy, Dana became fascinated with instinctual childbirth. After her own HypnoBirthing® experience with her third baby, she was determined to share this method with as many birthing people as possible. Aside from teaching HypnoBirthing®, Dana homeschools her three young children and loves doing yoga, spending time outdoors, and preparing healthy meals for her family. 

is a CAPPA trained postpartum doula on our team. She has also completed her undergraduate degree in Elementary Education and her Masters degree in Early Childhood. She has worked as a nanny, and has worked in professional daycare settings for over 12 years. Having a background in early education and childcare, she has a great respect for children and highly values giving them optimal care and education. She is also passionate about caring for the whole family, and supporting them in their journey through parenthood.
