Meet Dee
Dee is a trained CAPPA postpartum doula on our team who supports families with both daytime and overnight care.. She is a passionate caregiver by nature who loves babies and finds joy in helping others. She believes every family needs calm and confident support. Dee understands each family’s dynamics and unique needs and she jumps right so families can feel cared for, confident, rested, and empowered. She helps new mothers cope and regain their strength so they can enjoy their baby and this incredible time. She is experienced with singletons, as well as busier families who have multiple children.
Children have always been a part of Dee’s life. Growing up she was at the birth of her younger brother and assisted her single mother in his care since infancy. Dee spent many years working as a toddler camp counselor, as well as, an in-house babysitter for a synagogue. When she graduated college naturally, she found it fitting and rewarding to work with children and their parents in the television and film industry. She has worked on many Disney kid shows where she collaborated and advocated with parents for their child’s welfare.
Dee values the strong relationships she creates with families and she loves that she can be a small part of this incredible and defining time for so many.
In her free time, she loves cooking, traveling the world, and exploring nature. She also loves spending time with her 9 nieces and nephews supporting her siblings with childcare. She LOVES getting to be the fun aunt.
