Meet Destini

Destini is a DTI trained full-spectrum doula on our team. She is a wife and mother of three beautiful children. Her passion for being a doula was discovered when she gave birth to her first born son in 2017. This immediately sent her on the path to endless learning and led her to find her calling. She is passionate about supporting families in pregnancy, birth and postpartum and loves helping them to gain a greater knowledge and insight on this process and parenting.

She has a holistic approach to both care and information and believes that each family will need to find their own path. She enjoys learning about health, wellness and nutrition and whenever families share this interest she enjoys supporting and guiding them as they navigate their own health. She is amazing at supporting first time parents as they navigate this journey and has a gift at jumping in and supporting families as they add another little on into a busy household. As a postpartum doula she loves that she can help families get rest, nourishment, information and overall gain their footing and peace of mind so they can have a positive experience.

Destini often looks back to her own birthing and postpartum experiences and wishes that she had a care team that supported her and her decisions. She loves that as a doula she can support families and help them to find their voices and navigate this new landscape, both in birth and postpartum. She is honored that she can be a strong support for families.

She truly enjoys empowering families and always strives to operate in the spirit of love and excellence.

In her free time, Destini enjoys spending time with her 3 children ages 4, 3 and 1. They definitely keep her busy!
