After talking to a few doulas we chose Diana to be our labor doula and cannot say enough amazing things about her. She is kind, knowledgable, and a true advocate. Throughout my entire pregnancy she was available to talk through any questions or concerns we had. She came to our house, and also met via Zoom a few times, going through every detail of the process and what to expect. She was at the hospital within an hour of labor beginning, and stayed by my side the entire day. She was there to help me be comfortable, talked to me in detail about everything that was happening and what would happen next. She made both me and my husband feel extremely supported and empowered and we truly don’t believe we could have had the same experience without her. We cannot recommend Chicago Family Doulas enough, and if you have the opportunity to pair with Diana, consider yourself very lucky.”

“We have been so lucky to have Diana as our postpartum doula! We knew from the moment we met her that she was the right person for our family. This was my first baby and I was looking for support overnight. I was looking for someone who could come in and confidently take over—providing amazing care for both me and my baby. Diana provided excellent care for our daughter and helped her get as much sleep as possible overnight. This not only helped her, but also provided a brief respite for my husband and I to be off duty and sleep. Though it was hard the first night to hand over my baby (those hormones are real!!), Diana did such an amazing job with our daughter that any concerns were immediately put to rest. Not only has Diana provided great care and much needed sleep for the whole family, she has been a great support and sounding board on issues like daycare transition, bottle feeding, naps, and illness. She also has a great sense of humor and is very thoughtful. We all look forward to the nights when she is coming over. I had a c-section so did not seek birthing support, but would definitely recommend Diana for your birthing or postpartum needs! Diana is amazing and we will miss having her care and we hope we get to work with her in the future for baby #2!”
