Meet Diana
Diana is a certified labor and postpartum doula through DONA and a certified breastfeeding counselor. She’s supported clients in hospitals, birthing centers, as well as home births. Diana has supported vaginal births, C-sections, and VBACS.
Diana enjoys making a difference in the families lives she supports through their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She has made families feel hopeful and optimistic along with cheerful during the entire birthing experience. Diana’s greatest pleasure as a birth doula and childbirth educator is watching women become confident, joyous, and excited about the birth and early parenting of their children. She firmly believes in using any fear and anxiety families might have to examine their choices and beliefs and find ways of birthing and parenting that are just right for them.
Diana accompanies women as they prepare for childbirth and continues to support them in birth and beyond. Diana shares her wisdom and understanding of birth, breastfeeding, and holistic parenting to advise and support women in their decision-making process. She sees her work as one of nurturing women as they explore their birth visions and walking with them as they uncover their own practices and rituals that will birth these visions into being. Diana understands the dynamic nature of pregnancy, labor and birth and incorporates these various aspects when consulting with clients., membership engagement and retention initiatives, and promoting membership tools and resources.
In her free time Diana loves to spend time with her family including her 25 year old son and new grandbaby boy who she enjoys to love on!

“We have been so lucky to have Diana as our postpartum doula! We knew from the moment we met her that she was the right person for our family. This was my first baby and I was looking for support overnight. I was looking for someone who could come in and confidently take over—providing amazing care for both me and my baby. Diana provided excellent care for our daughter and helped her get as much sleep as possible overnight. This not only helped her, but also provided a brief respite for my husband and I to be off duty and sleep. Though it was hard the first night to hand over my baby (those hormones are real!!), Diana did such an amazing job with our daughter that any concerns were immediately put to rest. Not only has Diana provided great care and much needed sleep for the whole family, she has been a great support and sounding board on issues like daycare transition, bottle feeding, naps, and illness. She also has a great sense of humor and is very thoughtful. We all look forward to the nights when she is coming over. I had a c-section so did not seek birthing support, but would definitely recommend Diana for your birthing or postpartum needs! Diana is amazing and we will miss having her care and we hope we get to work with her in the future for baby #2!”
