Meet Ellen F.

Ellen is a dedicated certified Birth & Baby University postpartum doula. She supports families who are welcoming their first baby and also families who are welcoming a new baby into a busy household. She provides families with high quality infant care, healthy feeding and sleep routines, nursing guidance and provides support with pumping and bottle feeding (with formula and/or breastmilk). She enjoys meal prepping, light household tasks, and folding laundry.

Prior to doula work Ellen was a nanny for 8 years. She supported families adjusting with their first child and also was a nanny for families with children of multiple ages. She has supported short term families as well as long term.

She has her Bachelors of Arts degree in Musical Theatre, which she finds has become helpful when singing lullabies to the babies she supports.

Families enjoy her calming presence, proactive and helpful nature and expertise. Ellen takes great pride in being able to support new and experienced families with finding their footing within their new household dynamic.

When she isn’t supporting families she enjoys hanging out with her friends, crocheting, and reading.
