Meet Francine

Francine is a CAPPA trained postpartum doula on our team. She loves supporting families as they welcome their baby or babies into their family. She has a special heart for families who are having multiples and also those with busy households. She is a very loved caregiver and postpartum doula for newborns and children of various ages.

Francine is pursuing a BSN degree and is working towards becoming a NICU nurse in the future. Prior to becoming a doula, she spent many years supporting families as a nanny. Her longest term nanny family had multiples and she supported them from the time they arrived home from the hospital until they became school age. Supporting families brings her so much joy and she is very passionate about making sure this transition is a positive and smooth one. Francine has experience supporting children within different ranges on the autism spectrum. She has taken many classes in psychology including growth and development – focusing from birth onward – to further her knowledge on growing children. She is also CPR certified.

Francine has two children of her own, within 1 year apart and has experienced two c-sections. She knows how important the recovery period is for mothers, and how necessary it is to have sufficient support.

In her free time, she loves to read and travel with her kids to various national parks and spend time in the great outdoors!
