Meet Janae M.

Janae is a warm and dedicated ProDoula trained postpartum doula. With a passion for holistic and evidence based care and a deep desire to support women through life-changing transitions, Janae brings a unique blend of knowledge and nurturing instincts to her practice.

Prior to becoming a postpartum doula Janae was a Medical Assistant in an OB/GYN office, a nanny, and a daycare worker. All of this provides her with a comprehensive understanding of both the medical and emotional aspects of pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

Janae excels at creating a comfortable and supportive environment for new parents. She understands the importance of both active listening and offering gentle suggestions when appropriate.

When she isn’t supporting families you will find her in the kitchen cooking or baking.
