Meet Kristina H.

Kristina is a caring International Doula Institute certified postpartum doula. She supports families with singletons, multiples, Preemies and households with older siblings. She specializes in providing high quality overnight care. She cares meticulously for infants while also supporting families with light housekeeping, meal prepping, and organizing. She is also a strong support with guiding and navigating feeding including both bottle and breastfeeding.

Kristina not only specializes in overnight support, but she is also one of the doulas on our team that travels with the family when they are needing a helping hand on a weekend away or for longer trips and vacation.

Families love her calm demeanor, and her ability to bring peace and calm to any household.

Prior to doula work Kristina achieved a degree in child development, she worked in a daycare setting and was also a loved nanny.

When Kristina isn’t supporting families you will find her out playing sports, spending time with her family, traveling and going to concerts.
