Meet Lauren A.

Lauren is a passionate DONA trained Birth & Postpartum Doula on our team. She strives to provide a positive and comfortable space for families as both a birth or postpartum period. She enjoys supporting parents as they bond with their newborn. She is skilled at supporting first time families and families who have busy households.

Families would describe Lauren as understanding, a great listener, calm, proactive and patient. She has a knack for making families feel safe and cared for. She provides individualized support to each family that she supports.

Lauren was a teacher for 14 years prior to becoming a doula. She has experience working with children from newborn-14 years old.

When Lauren isn’t supporting families you will find her reading, hiking, cooking & baking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
