Meet Lauretta

Lauretta is a DONA trained birth doula on our team and she is knowledgeable in medicated and unmedicated vaginal deliveries, inductions, and cesarean births, as well as in lactation support. She is also infant, child, and adult CPR certified. 

Lauretta prioritizes educating and empowering families so that they can confidently advocate for themselves and their baby. She creates a safe and comfortable environment for families to labor and deliver in. She believes that birth is miraculous in every way it happens and is always a positive light for families in this transition of life. She has a calm and caring demeanor which families find comforting during this intense time. 

Lauretta began this journey after having a doula present during her labor and delivery with her son. She was so inspired by the care she received from her doula that she made the decision to follow the same path. Lauretta will help you create a birth story that you will remember forever. 

Lauretta and her husband have one child and two cats. She enjoys spending time outside with her family and teaching her son how to garden and catch bugs.
