Meet Lindy C.

Lindy is a well loved, experienced and certified postpartum doula through Cornerstone Doula Trainings.  Lindy has experience in supporting all families and is able to offer guidance, rest, sleep and amazing care to families who are welcoming their first or expanding their family. Families love her enthusiasm, exceptional listening skills, and willingness to go above and beyond for every family. Lindy has experience with first time parents, families with twins, and those with older siblings.

Drawing from her own postpartum experience as a mother, Lindy recognizes that the postpartum period can be both beautiful and overwhelming. She is passionate about providing a judgement-free space for new parents to express their feelings, whether joyful or difficult. She firmly believes in validating the entire spectrum of emotions that come with parenthood, ensuring that her clients feel heard, supported and understood.

When Lindy isn’t supporting families she enjoys reading, working out, teaching dance classes and spending time with her son.
