Meet Lisa B.

Lisa is a knowledgeable and kind certified Birth and Baby University postpartum doula. She supports families overnight providing high quality infant care while the parents get sleep and rest. She also helps families create healthy sleep routines, offers light housekeeping and meal prepping. She supports families who are welcoming their first baby and also families who have an already busy household. She also supports families who have preemies and medically complex children.
Families love her caring demeanor which makes them feel at ease in all situations. Families also enjoy her ability to easily adapt and implement household routines and always jumps right in wherever needed.
Prior to doula work Lisa B was a nanny, a paraprofessional and most recently a pediatric registered nurse for 3 years. She supported families within the hospital setting during the overnight shifts, providing monitoring, assisting with feeding schedules.
