Meet Liz L.

Elizabeth is a compassionate DONA trained Postpartum Doula on our team. She is committed to empowering families to trust their instincts while providing the individualized support they need and deserve.  She supports families in a variety of settings and at all area hospitals. She empowers families by helping families navigate the healthcare systems and through educational resources and strong support. 

Families appreciate her ability to meet them where they are at and also her deep understanding that every family is unique. She takes pride in the tasks that will help relieve some of the mental load of the families. Families are often praising her for going above and beyond.

Elizabeth brings a uniquely diverse background to her support, she has been a school counselor, fitness instructor, nanny and more. Her desire to support families during the postpartum period comes from her own experience during her own postpartum journeys with her 2 children.

 When she isn’t supporting families you will find her near the water, spending time with her family, listening to music, reading a good book, or snuggling up with her dog on the couch.
