Meet Lorrie

Lorrie (she/her/hers) is a CAPPA trained postpartum doula on our team who is a very calm and comforting presence. She enjoys supporting families with singletons as well as with multiples. She is comfortable in busy households and loves jumping in when needed. She also truly enjoys settling families in with their little ones as soon as they come home from the hospital.

Growing up as the youngest of 5 children, Lorrie was around many nieces and nephews as they were growing up. Lorrie loved to help look after them, especially as newborns. Now these nieces and nephews are grown with children of their own and Great Auntie Lorrie (aka Aunt Lorrie The Great)  has had a whole new set of infants to love and care for. When her niece had twins, Lorrie spent a week helping with the twins, especially during night feedings.  She has enjoyed caring for families in this way ever since.

In her free time, Lorrie enjoys to spend time with her husband and 23 year old son!
