Meet Mary R.

Mary is a ProDoula certified Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Solutions Newborn Care Specialist on our team.  Mary specializes in caring for multiples, specifically twins, and she is also experienced in caring for families with singletons. She is experienced with both daytime, overnight and live in 24/7 care. She has taken courses involving Rebozo wearing, Bengkung Belly Binding, and breastfeeding support.

Mary became a Doula and NCS because she enjoys working in the role of an educational support partner to parents. She loves serving clients in a one-on-one, intimate space and truly enjoys being a strong support during this special time. Prior to supporting families as a doula and NCS, she was a nanny for almost a decade and truly enjoyed the relationships that she built while being part of each family. 

Mary is also a Birth Doula and has experience supporting hospital births, both vaginal and c-sections.  She loves providing families with the full spectrum support from pregnancy through welcoming and adjusting with their little one. 

Mary is dependable, effectiveness-driven, empathetic, patient, relatable, resilient, resourceful, and supportive. She also loves singing to the babies and children she supports! Families love how she is lighthearted and able to jump in wherever needed.

In her free time, you can find Mary in Sprouts for hours, reading holistic ways to heal the body. Her favorite topic to rabbit hole is fertility! She enjoys spending time with her parents and two dogs or singing and playing the ukulele.
