Meet Melissa M
Melissa is a wonderful certified Birth & Baby Univeristy postpartum doula on our team and a natural care taker. She has been working with children and families for over 27 years.
Her life’s work has always been supporting families and helping them to find their footing and provide them with loving care and guidance. As a doula, she loves that she is able to support families during this amazing and overwhelming time.
She enjoys caring for families postpartum and helping get the family into a workable routine. Melissa is a natural helper thrives on anticipating your needs before you ask and even before you know what you need!
Prior to becoming a doula she spent years volunteering in church children’s programs and worked in schools with children in elementary education, as well as, in their special needs programs. She also has 21 years of experience working with special needs clients in a home environment.
In her free time Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and 6 mo old Bernese mountain dog, painting, doing puzzles, and listening to live music!
