“Michelle has helped with caring for our children in our home which includes but is not limited to: play indoor and outdoor, laundry, light cleaning, meal preparation, and running errands. She is comfortable with all daily child care and household chores. Michelle has been responsible for all of these tasks for approximately 8-10 hours per day while my husband and I are at work. Michelle is a caring, sweet and funny individual who is easy to work with. She takes her job seriously by showing up on time, checking in throughout the day, and going above and beyond to complete extra tasks which were not asked of her. She is able to easily adapt to the needs of the children and pick up on cues if they are not following their schedule for the day. She is comfortable around newborn infants and the tasks that come with this including diaper changes, feeding/dressing and comfort. She has been watching our oldest since he was 4 months old and has been helping with our 8 week old since we came home from the hospital. I have the utmost confidence in her abilities, her sound judgement and maturity. I have always felt comfortable leaving my children in her care.”
