Meet Michelle O.

Michelle O. is a well-loved postpartum doula on our team.  She has over thirteen years of experience working with children from the ages of newborn through school age.  Michelle specializes in both daytime and overnights and loves supporting families with all of the hands on and informational aspects of introducing a new little one to their family.  She supports in feedings, diaper changes, baths, organization, schedules, helping the family adjust and get the rest they need and household tasks.  She is very happy to jump in and help with laundry, dishes, meal prep, cooking, straightening up and all things that it takes to run a household. She genuinely enjoys everything when it comes to families and newborns.

She started her career in this field by volunteering in an infant classroom in a daycare setting Summer of 2010. She has always loved working with babies, so it was definitely a treat to be able to help out in a classroom full of babies that Summer and throughout the following years whenever I had an opportunity to give them a hand. She had enjoyed the relationships that she had built with the families as well, which led her to her career as a nanny and household manager.

As a Nanny, she cared for newborns, children and managed their home.  She was happy to take the older children to school, tutor and support with schoolwork and manage and transport them in their activities.  She was always intuitive and would jump in and support a family in whatever they needed.
