Meet Misty

Misty is a ProDoula trained postpartum doula on our team. She has 8 years of experience supporting families. She has supported families with singletons, as well as, with multiples, and is experienced with daytime and overnights. She enjoys reassuring and providing encouragement to new mothers who are nursing, as well as speaking words of affirmation and letting them know they’re doing a great job. Being a part of such a special time in a family’s life truly warms her heart.

Misty has a background in Early Childhood Education and has worked in a classroom setting with children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten. She transitioned out of the classroom and into nannying after the birth of her oldest daughter. She absolutely loves supporting new families as they bring their little ones home and grow their families.

When Misty isn’t supporting families, she is spending time with her two daughters who like to keep her on her toes. They love swimming, being outdoors, and going on adventures.
