Meet Natalie

Chicago Doula

Natalie is a well loved CAPPA trained postpartum doula who has been caring for families in many capacities throughout her entire adult life.

Prior to becoming a doula she supported families as a home healthcare giver, a nanny, and a medical assistant in a pediatric office. As a nanny she cared for infants and also busier households.  Although she wasn’t trained as a postpartum doula yet many of her nanny experiences truly prepared her for her role as a postpartum doula.  She has always been someone who is comfortable jumping right in and helping in every way needed.  She was happy to cook, straighten up, help with multiple kids and even was able to support with breastfeeding.

Natalie has been a mother for the past 2 decades and is a mother of four children. Natalie began to focus on supporting families postpartum after realizing after her first birth how critical this support truly is.  She delivered all her children via c-section and having the support postpartum was so critical for her and her family. She also nursed all four children, and is well-versed in various lactation techniques.

In addition to raising her own kids, she is the oldest cousin in a large and close knit family and has spent her life helping raise her family members.

When not supporting families Natalie enjoys singing, dancing, spending time with her family, and hiking.

Families describe Natalie as being accepting, open, loving and so incredibly helpful. You will love her nurturing and reassuring demeanor.
