Meet Sarah V.

Sarah is a compassionate CAPPA trained labor doula who brings a natural empathy, gentle guidance, and personal insight to supporting families through their birth journeys. With her experience and training she provides informed and supportive care to birthing families. She is a strong advocate with helping families advocate for their desired birth experiences.

Sarah understands the importance of a positive birth experience and professional support during labor. She has a deep understanding of the birthing process and a passion for supporting others during this transformative time. She takes pride in creating an inclusive environment, welcoming families of all structures and backgrounds.

Her empathetic approach, combined with her commitment to ongoing education, enables her to provide both emotional and practical support through the birthing process. She excels at helping families feel comfortable and supported while maintaining a calm, positive environment.

When she isn’t supporting families, Sarah enjoys sending time with her kiddo and family, reading, writing and tending to her garden.
