Meet Sophia W.

Sophia is a caring Certified Birth and Baby University Postpartum Doula on our team. Sophia supports families during the overnight period, giving them the comfort of meaningful rest while their little one is being lovingly cared for. She helps establish healthy routines and sleep habits, she offers meal prepping and provides light house keeping.

Known for her attentive presence and ability to truly hear parents’ unspoken needs. Families truly feel supported by her. She also brings a perceptive approach to postpartum care, addressing emerging needs before they become overwhelming

Prior to doula work Sophia worked at Inner City Impact as a youth leader supporting children. She would assist with the events and outing for children in the program kindergarten and up.

When she isn’t supporting families you will find her spending time with her family and friends.
