Meet Tamara B.

Tamara is an experienced postpartum doula and Newborn Care Specialist who specializes in both daytime and overnight care. She has supported families who have singletons and multiples. She has been supporting families as a nanny and newborn specialist for over 15 years. She is an experienced and family focused caretaker who tailors her support to each family. She has a true passion for working with newborns, babies and children of all ages. She loves helping families navigate this time by helping families create routines filled with meaningful activities, positive communication that facilitate infant development and a sense of safety. 

When supporting families who have toddlers and school age children she loves engaging in meaningful play and activities to help them progress in all stages and areas of their development including: language, academics, social and motor skills. She nurtures growth in a positive, fun environment building a foundation on trust, honesty, reliability and support will only result in confident, happy babies, children and parents.

Families love Tamara and describe her as kind, caring, knowledgeable, self directed and dependable.

When not caring for other families she enjoys spending time with her 4 children. Her youngest in High School. She enjoys reading, cooking and outdoor sports and activities.
