Meet Tamryn

Tamryn is a DONA trained birth doula on our team. She provides her clients with unwavering support, gentle guidance, and a nurturing presence throughout their birthing journey. She creates a sacred space for families to feel empowered, informed, and deeply supported as they welcome their little one into the world. Tamryn is supportive of unmedicated and medicated births.

Tamryn has over 15 years of experience as a childcare provider. Her journey into supporting families began in her early teens when she became an aunt. This early experience with caring for children, including multiples, ignited a deep passion within her for the creation of life and the profound bond that forms within families. 

At the core of her practice is a profound reverence for the miracle of birth and a commitment to providing compassionate, informative support to expectant parents. She believes in the power of education and empowerment, which is why she makes it a priority to equip her clients with all the information they need to make informed decisions about their birthing experience. She approaches each client with an unbiased perspective, honoring their unique desires and preferences every step of the way.

When not supporting families, Tamryn finds immense joy and inspiration in the act of creation in all its forms—whether it’s the creation of life, art, community, or profound experiences.
