Meet Trystan

Trystan is a CAPPA trained postpartum doula on our team. She is studying to obtain her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Business, and plans to tie her passion for children with her passion for the community, and one day open a community center. 

Prior to becoming a doula, she has supported families as a nanny and house manager for over 8 years. Trystan is a compassionate and kind caregiver who provides a warm and nurturing environment for her families to ensure they feel as supported as they can. She values creating strong bonds with the families and maintaining those bonds through open communication and honesty! 

Trystan’s joy for working with children started at a young age: she was inspired by her grandmother who was always helping and taking care of and others. Trystan started out by babysitting the neighbors’ kids. She eventually worked her way up to nannying in college, and learned along the way that her passion for working with children runs deep. Trystan has worked with busy families as well as families with singletons. She has provided day and night time support, overnight care, and travel support. 

When she isn’t working, she enjoys spending time in nature with her dog, creating art, cozying up with a good book, and/or cooking a yummy meal!
