Introducing the first annual Baby in Bloom: Chicago’s Premier Birth + Baby Expo, hosted by Chicago Family Doulas and Birth & Baby University. Get ready to immerse yourself in a treasure trove of inspiration and expertise!
This annual pregnancy expo will be an incredible day of connecting with your community, meeting other expecting parents, and learning about your resources for pregnancy through postpartum. Make your birth and baby experience easy. Chat with local perinatal experts, get personalized advice, and find the perfect team to support your growing family.
Enjoy a full day of delicious food catered by Butter + Vine. There will also be a pumpspotting tour bus, vendor giveaways, raffles, a photo booth, and more! Enter for the chance to win FREE BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT.

Cost: $185 ticket per person (breakfast, lunch & snacks included). Come with a group of friends or with your partner/spouse!

Prioritizing You: Mental health in the perinatal period, sharing ways to connect with yourself as you gain your footing as a new parent. Dates: 4/20.
Labor Prep 101: How to prepare for an empowered birth experience, with a focus on informed decision making. Dates: 4/27.
Feeding Your Newborn: Whether you are breastfeeding, bottle feeding or a combination of both, learn how to navigate the early stage of feeding your baby. Dates: 4/13.

Understanding Postpartum Experiences: A Workshop for Couples
Whether you are expecting or new parents, you and your partner are adjusting to completely new roles. It may even feel as if your relationship has been upended, seemingly overnight! This workshop, led by Flourish Counseling & Wellness, is designed to support couples as they prepare to walk through the postpartum journey – together. Join us to discuss what to look out for, common themes & experiences, and ways you can support one another in this new phase of life. Open to pregnant couples and those with babies up to one year. Babies welcome!
