Bari is a CAPPA trained postpartum doula and certified in lactation support and nutrition. She understands that transitioning to postpartum comes with its own challenges, which are often overlooked. She loves caring for mothers and families through this transition. Her passion for this work stemmed from her natural maternal instinct she has noticed throughout her life, as she easily bonds with babies, kids and families and has always been a natural caretaker. She values families having a positive experience as well as advocating for their needs.

As a postpartum doula, Bari is committed to ensuring the prioritization of the mother and baby. She is passionate about cooking and eager to help prepare meals and she has cooked for various dietary restrictions.

Bari has over 11 years of experience in childcare. She has been a nanny, a babysitter, a daycare teacher, an educator at Duke Lemur Center, and Hebrew School teacher for several years.

Bari is incredibly passionate about equitable and accessible care for all. She supports families from all walks of life and all backgrounds and enjoys caring for families of all cultures. She is also LGBTQ+ friendly.
