Meet Lillian

Lillian is a DONA trained birth and postpartum doula on our team, as well as a student midwife working towards her CPM license. Her passion is supporting birthing people and their families. She has experience in home, birth-center, and hospital births and is honored to support families in all settings. Her training is trauma-informed, and her goal is to make families feel safe, supported, empowered, and cared for. She deeply enjoys empowering families and helping them to navigate this special time.

As a postpartum doula Lillian loves helping families gain their footing and get to know their new baby. She loves to take care of the entire household so they can get rest, gain confidence and fully recover from birth. She knows how incredibly important this time is and wants families to look back on this with fond memories rather than overwhelm.

When Lillian is not supporting families she enjoys spending time outside, connecting with family and friends, reading, and working on creative projects. She is so excited to meet you and support you on your birth journey!
